Please note - no booking is confirmed unless we have received a completed and signed confirmation form. 

 

All confirmed bookings will require cancellation with adequate notice to avoid incurring a fee.

 

Any cancellations without adequate notice will incur the below charges:

 

Cancellation charge per vehicle = £50 plus the following additional charge

 

• Less than 48 hours notice given = 25 % per vehicle cancelled

• Less than 24 hours notice given = 60 % per vehicle cancelled

• Less than 12 hours notice given = 80 % per vehicle cancelled

• Cancellation on the day = 100 % per vehicle cancelled

 

In the event of one or more of the coaches booked being cancelled, the cancellation charges above will apply per coach. For bookings in June and July or for teacher strikes, we reserve the right to charge 50% regardless of the notice given.
